Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1.25 oz) Cajun seasoning
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta, cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Pour in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from the crock pot and shred it with two forks.
  6. Return shredded chicken to the crock pot.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve over cooked pasta.
