Description
A classic Chicken Caesar Sandwich with grilled chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing on toasted bread.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, ciabatta, or whole wheat work well)
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- Toast bread slices to your preference.
- Assemble the sandwiches: spread Caesar dressing on the inside of each toasted bread slice.
- Layer the bottom slice of bread with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken slices, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Serve immediately.

- For a quicker version, you can use pre-cooked grilled chicken strips.
- Add other toppings like tomatoes, red onion, or croutons if desired.
