Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
  4. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted and combined with the chicken.
  5. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  6. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  7. Add any desired optional toppings.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly to create wraps.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
  • If you don’t have Italian seasoning, you can use a mix of dried oregano, basil, and thyme.
