- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese until melted and combined with the chicken.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
- Add any desired optional toppings.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly to create wraps.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
- If you don’t have Italian seasoning, you can use a mix of dried oregano, basil, and thyme.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and reheated.
